1. How many training days does it take to complete the Java Boot Camp?

• The Complete Java Boot Camp runs for 27 training days.
• The boot camp has 3 courses:
  • Java Fundamentals - Ten (10) training days,
  • Java Web Development - Ten (10) training days
  • JAVA Frameworks Training - Seven (7) training days.
  • (Optional) SQL Course: Four (4) days

• For Open to Public Java Boot Camps, our training schedule usually runs from Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. For customized training courses, the client has the option to choose the training schedule depending on their availability.

• For open to public trainings, we try to keep a manageable class of 12-15 participants. For customized or corporate training courses, we can accept a class with 24-30 participants. For cases like this, O&B provides more trainers in order to ensure that each participant understands the course and to attend to the trainees’ questions or clarifications. O&B strives to deliver high quality training to its clients.

• For open to public trainings, they are conducted in our office located at Unit 301 Makati Executive Center Rufino corner Leviste Street Salcedo Village Makati City.
• By December 2008, O&B will start holding its trainings in its new training facility located at the 5/F CJV Building, Aguirre St., Legazpi Village, Makati City.
• For customized or corporate trainings, the client has the option to hold the training either on site or in O&B's training facility.

• O&B can customize trainings based on the client’s requirements. You just need to send your specific requirements to us or schedule an exploratory meeting to discuss your training needs.

• O&B will be offering Saturday or after-office training sessions soon. The minimum requirement for O&B to set up such training is to have at least 10 confirmed participants in a class.

• There are three options for payment.
  • Cash
  • Check
  • Bank deposit to O&B's account

• Not yet but we are currently considering it.

• Yes, O&B does not just give grades for each module but also the trainer's assessment of each participant as well. We usually allot one week to thoroughly check their machine problems. We do the same process for our short courses and advance courses.

• Yes, the course ends with a final machine problem and a comprehensive exam to assess each participant’s comprehension. 

11. Does O&B issue certification after the training course?

• O&B issues certificates at the end of all their training courses.
  • O&B awards Certificate of Completion for participants who passed all the requirements of the course.
  • O&B also awards a Certificate of Attendance to those who finished the training.

12. What will the final assessment include?

• At the end of all our courses, trainers provide individual assessments on the trainees aside from the technical examination grades. The personality, character and attitude of each participant are evaluated. Examples of such qualities are the participant’s enthusiasm, participation and collaboration during the training course..

• There is no dress code required in attending the O&B trainings. Participants are welcome to attend class wearing semi-formal, business or casual attire.

• Yes, you may only take certain modules of the Java Boot Camp and Enterprise Architects Boot Camp depending on the skills you want to develop or you want your programmers to develop. This will, however, be treated as a customized training. Taking full training courses will be much more cost effective on your end.
