Calen Legaspi, CEO of Orange & Bronze Software Labs, was elected to a second term in the board of directors of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA).  Calen Legaspi campaigned on a platform of sustained capability-development programs for the software industry.

  During his previous term on the board, Calen committed the resources of Orange & Bronze Software Labs to the Industry-Academe Linkage Program, which provides free training for computer-science professors, curriculum development, and implementation support, for several universities in the country.

Orange & Bronze conducted rigorous Java and Software Engineering training to professors in Metro Manila and Mindanao, developed a Java and Software Engineering curriculum to be rolled out in these universities, and provided support services such as consultation time for the professors with O&B trainers, and the conduct and checking of assessment exams for the students.
