Orange and Bronze is urgently looking for a Sales Professional.

Company's Sales department is undergoing rapid growth and opportunities for management positions will be available to accepted candidates as they will be considered a management trainee.

Responsibilities:
  • Find new clients in the USA and Western Europe.
  • Establish initial contact targeting mid-level executives, management and experienced professionals of leading companies in the USA and Western Europe via email or telephone.
  • Conceptualize and implement strategies including research, planning and innovative tactics gearing towards generating qualified leads and new sales to grow the business.
  • Makes outbound calls to prospective customers to generate curiosity in our services, work with O&B Sales Director and Software Architects to qualify prospects that will lead to new accounts/sales.
  • Includes calling predetermined leads to proactively sell / offer O&B IT services such as Software Development Outsourcing, Research, Design and Specialized Consulting and Business Requirements Specification.
  • Secure appointments with qualified leads for the senior management.
  • Work with O&B senior management in closing sales.
  • Work with other O&B officers and staff to deliver pre-sales prospective client's pre-sales requirements.
  • Participation in conferences and face-to-face client meetings in the USA and Western Europe.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Graduate of or at least attended a top-tier university.
  • Must have a strong work ethics, negotiation and consultative selling ability and a sincere desire to advance their career in sales.
  • Fearless approach to the basics (emailing, researching, cold-calling) in order to generate and qualify leads and pursue sales.
  • Required skill(s): Negotiation, Sales Administration and Research.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
  • Will work on a flexi-time (depending on the need to communicate with the clients)
  • Can start for work immediately
  • Full-Time positions available.
